(2011年7月27日台北訊) 經濟部國貿局舉辦「台灣百大品牌選拔」於昨日(26日)揭曉，美商方策顧問公司(DDG)共有超過10位合作對象獲此殊榮。
DDG入選的客戶遍及各個產業，包括交通器材(捷安特)、資訊軟體(訊連科技、趨勢科技)、電腦硬體、電子與電器(華碩、明基、台達、宏達電、錸德、聯電)， 衛生與健康醫療(五月花、百略醫學)等。
本屆百大品牌選拔劃分為產品類與服務類；其中超過70個來自產品類，皆泛屬製造業。DDG執行總監史孟康(Mark Stocker)表示，隨著台灣製造業國際化的腳步加速，未來將出現更多的製造業者轉型成高獲利的國際品牌。
史孟康顧問擅長企業品牌經營及代工轉型品牌事業等工程，16年來參與上百個國際品牌之建立，包括威剛(ADATA)、偉聯科技、友立、聯電、訊連科技等。

(July 27, 2011) DDG, a leading Taipei-based brand consultancy, is honored to learn that 11 of its clients have been elected to Taiwan’s Top 100 Brands in a survey held by the Taiwanese authorities.
DDG clients selected in the list are: Giant, Microlife, CyberLink, ASUS, BenQ, HTC, RiData(Ritek), Delta Electronics, UMC, May Flower and Trend Micro.
Mark Stocker, DDG’s managing and strategic director, congratulated these companies, saying: “We are pleased to have participated in their transition to successful brands.”
Many of the elected brands originated in the manufacturing sector. Stocker, who has been working with local manufacturing businesses since 1994, predicted that, “In the future we are likely to find increasing numbers of Taiwanese companies become respected international brands as a result of transitioning from manufacturing business models to brands.”
The survey was the first of its kind, commissioned by Taiwan’s Ministry of Economic Affairs and organized by the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA). Over 1,000 local consumers and 500 business executives participated in the survey, which took seven months to conduct.
