Monica is responsible for planning and scheduling company resources for optimum use, as well as developing methodologies and policies for tracking resources, time allocation and utilization rates. Previously she worked at TATA Consultancy Services as a financial solutions project coordinator.
方麗玉負責將DDG的專案資源作最佳的規劃與時間管理，並且開發追蹤資源、時間分配及使用效率的方案與策略。她曾任職印度商塔塔顧問公司，擔任財務解決方案的專案經理。
